I'm a Roaster
We’re producers—not resellers. Roasters work directly with us at origin to source washed, honey, and natural coffees, each scored 86+ on the SCA scale. Every lot is traceable by varietal, process, and location. We offer full control from cherry to green to roast. You’re invited to visit the farm, cup with us, and build a direct, long-term relationship.
The photo below shows a glimpse of our shaded coffee plots, located at 1,200 meters above sea level in the lush mountains of Coatepec. Surrounded by native trees like cedro, higuera, and nacaxtle, our coffee grows under canopy protection—supporting biodiversity, improving cup complexity, and preserving the integrity of the land.

Key Specs for Roasters
Processes: Washed, Honey, Natural
Drying: Shade-dried — 4 weeks (washed/honey), 8–10 weeks (natural)
Moisture Content: 10.5%
Water Activity: 0.55–0.60 aₛ
Fermentation: Monitored with pH, temperature, and time — yeast-assisted
Storage: Beans rest for at least 3 months before milling and are stored in Ecotact Farmer Bags, which provide hermetic, multi-layer protection against oxygen, humidity, and pests. These bags are designed for tropical conditions and are recyclable and reusable.
Traceability: Full traceability from picking to milling, by lot, varietal, and process
Cupping Roast: Standardized profile; batch-specific roast available
Varietals: Geisha, Geisha–Marsellesa, Anacafé 14
