Nestled in the heart of our plantation is an 18th century hacienda, which has been the center of our family's coffee production for four generations.

SPECIALTY COFFEE
Specialty coffee is a term used to describe coffee that has been grown, harvested, and roasted to a high standard, resulting in a coffee that is of superior quality and has unique flavors and characteristics. The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) has developed a grading system to rate coffee on a scale of 0-100, with scores of 80 or above indicating specialty quality. This system helps ensure that specialty coffee meets certain standards of excellence, including optimal growing conditions, meticulous harvesting and processing, and expert roasting techniques.
SINGLE ORIGIN
Single origin coffee comes from one specific place and has unique flavors and characteristics due to its distinct growing conditions. It offers a more complex and authentic coffee experience and often has a transparent supply chain.
DIRECT TRADE
